☀️ Cancellations & Refunds

Bad Weather or Adverse Sea Conditions:

• Full refund or rescheduling of the trip, at the customer’s choice.

Cancellation by the Customer:

• Up to 30 days before the trip: full refund (100%).

• Between 30 and 15 days before the trip: 50% refund.

• Less than 5 days before the trip or in case of no-show: no refund (100% retained).

⚠️ Changes & No-Shows:

• Changes to the booking are subject to availability.

• In case of a no-show (failure to attend without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
