Luxury weekend in Puglia

A weekend in Puglia with Saltiness combines two real experiences we offer: a day on the boat along the coast between Monopoli and Polignano, and a second day chosen from our land-based experiences. Each part is organized to fit what you want to do.

Day 1 – On the boat

The boat tour lasts 4 or 7 hours, with skipper and onboard assistant, aperitivo, beach towels, and stand up paddle included. Choose from several boats in our fleet, from gozzi to catamarans.

Day 2 – An experience of your choice

• Cooking class in Monopoli: learn to make Apulian orecchiette by hand (€65 per person, 2.5 hours, groups of 4-10)
• NCC tour with Mercedes van to Salento, Matera, or Valle d'Itria
• SUP excursion along the coast
